Liverpool Blog Meet Update!!

On the Friday, November 30th, I am going to host a Meet & Greet for folks attending the Liverpool Blog Meet. The Meet & Greet will be held at my hotel which is located at 62 Castle St (called the 62 Castle St Hotel). It will start at 4pm and go to 6pm.

Between 6:00pm and 6:30pm, we shall make our way to the restaurant for dinner. A few folks have suggested going to Wetherspoons. It has a varied menu which should satisfy everybody's palate. Clicky here for more information on Wetherspoons.

Lemme know who is definitely on for dinner which shall start at 6:30pm and last about a couple of hours. We shall hit our first pub about 8:30pm, so if you prefer to meet the group there, that's fine too.

I know GilraenH, Magnox, denzil85, me are definitely on for dinner *Friday foggy brain alert* forgive me if I have forgotten to name you.

    I live in Hull, a hovel is luxury, recommend away. Meno is so sure I will be able to stay in her room, but y'know, I'm not so sure that's very practical!

        Yup. Thursday night will find me at Sweetymon's & Miza-T's after I have a few drinky poos with denzil85 and then I will end up with Ozzzy and Juzzzy.
        
        Friday I have the hotel booked. Check-in time is 3pm and I shall be there at 2:59pm.

        Pshaw! Don't talk about money. Hubby is paying for it hunny and I never take money from my friends. If we don't like the set up when we get to the room, we can always ask for it to be changed.
        
        Sweet pea, the dang room looks like it will be fairly big. I'll probably end up on the floor anyways.

        Sea Salt & Malt kettle chips *smacks lips* oooo, I've never had a jaffa cake. I have a Canadian mobile that can send and receive texts and stuff to anywhere in the world, so I must find out if I am able to use it over there. I should be able to. I'll find out. I have never used it outside of Canada.
        
        I am dead excited. I can't even tell you how much.
        
        And yes, my sweet sis, I will look after you and so will everybody else. You will feel comfortable and relaxed. I guarantee it.

Calm down, calm down!

I could do with a recommendation for a ~~hovel~~ cheap and cheerful place to stay nearby. I plan to drive up on the Friday morning and back on Saturday afternoon so will need one night's B&B.

I will hope to be there for the Meet'n'Greet, sat nav and motorway traffic permitting.

Wetherspoons is fine by me.

Oo'er, never been to Liverpool. Isn't it exciting!

I'm looking for a cheapish hotel in the city centre so I can make a proposal to the bloglords. Can anyone recommend me anything? I'm struggling to find anything less than 100pounds.

Bloglords are in favour of sending me, easyjet has acceptable flights, I just need acceptable accomodation!

      It is gonna be a rip roaring drunk and if I don't end up in China by the end of the trip, I will be amazed.
      
      I am gonna plan a Blog Breakfast for about 8am on the Saturday which should last a couple of hours at bess and then you can go to the airport.
      
      Tell the bosses that you can store stuff in my room as I don't expect to stay in it too much aways. Sorted.
      
      BTW, I am gonna make this an annual event but more about that later.

I've booked a hotel now, in Albert Dock, a lot more reasonably priced than some in the centre, and only a 20 minute walk into town (although I'm sure they have buses, lol).
